All orders, whether placed by phone, email, or other means, are subject to confirmation by Choice Supply Company LLC. Orders are not binding until we confirm availability, pricing, and other details.

2. Product Warranties

Products are resold as-is, with any warranties provided only by the original manufacturer. Choice Supply Company LLC makes no additional guarantees or warranties. Customers agree to pursue warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Supply Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury, resulting from the use or misuse of any products. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Products may be substituted or orders adjusted if items become unavailable.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Any order changes or cancellations must be approved by Choice Supply Company LLC. Customers may be responsible for costs incurred due to order changes or cancellations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of products and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
